Jivamukti is a physical, ethical, and spiritual practice, combining a vigorous yoga as a vinyasa-based physical style with adherence to five central tenets: shastra (scripture), bhakti (devotion), ahimsā (nonviolence, non-harming), nāda (music), and dhyana (meditation).

We offer 3 different Open Class Formats

Open : less descriptions on the how to more focus on a stricter vinyasa. It can be considered a more advanced class, but open to all

Medium: Moving in Vinyasa at a slight slower pace still discovering the Art of Vinyasa and different asanas.

Light: you can expect a slower pace we focus on the essence and build up from here.

  • Designed for a busy schedule, and those that only have an hour to practice a Jivamukti set sequence. A wonderful sequence carefully designed that includes all the elements of a Jivamukti class in a precisely one hour shot.

  • Developed by B.K.S. Iyengar, Iyengar is a type of Hatha yoga where the focus lies on deep inner alignment as well as the union of body, mind, and soul.

the classes: generally slower paced asana by asana diving into their depths.

  • This class is designed to rest your mind and you body. It involves gentle movements, breathing techniques, meditation, a guided relaxation, and asana that are held for a couple of minutes. You will feel physically and mentally restored after taking this class and it is a wonderful addition to all vinyasa based Jivamukti Yoga classes, such as Open or Spiritual Warrior Classes. Your fascia will be gently but effectively stretched, your breath elongated and your mind calmed.

  • no matter if you spend your day in front of a desk, standing or surfing. here you get the chance to reshape yourself.

We will work on different levels and layers of our body, holding the postures for longer periods using probs and maybe relearn how to move effectively.

  • Black Lotus Yoga is the latest blossom of the modern vinyasa tradition, a potent ritual of breath and movement that opens the inner channels of the body and invites the creative sap to flow. Based on old Hatha principles, the Black Lotus system works with the
natural movements of the breath to make space within the body for the spirit to unfold.

There are seven sequences in Black Lotus Yoga, arranged in progressive order of difficulty, and you can the scale the sequences up or down. Unlike older systems, where
the sequences are cut in stone, the Black Lotus sequences are meant to be adapted.
They are written in a flexible language that the body understands.

Black Lotus Yoga is an inspiring method for guided classes, but it really shines when practiced autonomously, in silence, following the cadence of your own breath

  • Whereas in the Open and Spiritual Warrior classes vinyasa is emphasized, in the Fundamentals class alignment is the emphasis. Students are taught “how to do” asanas as well as the use of props.

  • Developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century, this comprehensive exercise system has remained virtually unchanged for good reason: it works.

    There are different Levels

    • Beginner

    • Intermediate

    • Advanced
