Waiver and Release of Liability: Assumption of Risk

By participating in in-person yoga classes, online or recorded classes, series, lectures, events, retreats, and/or workshops (hereinafter the "Activities"), conducted by Aloka Collective, I accept all the terms and conditions established in this agreement (the "Agreement").

I acknowledge that the Activities may involve certain risks. I fully accept and assume all such risks and the possibility of personal injury, death, or damage to my property resulting from participation in the Activities. I understand that, for safety reasons, the use of any prop (including, but not limited to, ropes, chairs, blocks, bolsters, and trestles) and the use of the studio facilities are not permitted outside of that activities established in this Agreement.

Physical Adjustments

I understand that the classes and methods taught during the Activities may involve physical adjustments (through props and/or hands-on adjustments) and that I may request not to receive such adjustments at any time. By receiving an adjustment, I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform the instructor when I have reached my physical limit.

Personal Belongings

I understand that I am solely responsible for any personal objects I bring to the facilities. Aloka Collective is not responsible for the theft, damage, or loss of any personal item.

Release, Waiver, and Indemnity

By participating in the Activities, I accept the following:

1. To waive any and all claims against Aloka Collective and its representatives (the "Released Parties") arising from

participation in the Activities.

2. To release the Released Parties from all liability for any loss, damage, or injury, including death, to the extent permitted by

Portuguese law.

3. To indemnify the Released Parties for any personal injury to third parties or property damage caused by me during the Activities.

Publicity and Image Rights

I agree to allow (at no cost) Aloka Collective to use my name, photograph, video, and voice recording for advertising, news, or

future promotions, including social media, website, and public relations.

Medical Declaration

I declare, to the best of my knowledge, that I am unaware of any medical reason that would prevent me from participating in the Activities. I assume full responsibility for not exceeding my personal physical capabilities. I commit to immediately informing the team of any pain, discomfort, or symptoms during or after the Activities.

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend your scheduled class, please cancel your reservation to make the spot available to other students.

• Cancellations must be made through the mobile application you booked the class with a minimum notice of 4 hours before the class.

• Cancellations will not be accepted via phone or email.

Purchase Policy

• Membership fees and class prices may be changed periodically to reflect increases in costs.

• To register in the booking system and attend regular classes, you must be over eighteen (18) years of age. Passes for Kids & Teens programs must be purchased by a responsible adult.

• You must ensure that the data provided at the time of registration is correct and complete.

General Terms and Conditions

• All modalities (unlimited passes, class packs) are nominative and non-transferable.

• Passes may not be shared between different people.

• It is the student's responsibility to settle any outstanding payment related to classes, workshops, or events. Aloka Collective reserves the right to suspend the student's account until overdue payments are settled.

Privacy and Security Policy

The information published on this website is for the general use of visitors. Although we take care to ensure the accuracy of the data, errors may occur. Aloka Collective assumes no responsibility arising from the use of the information contained on this site. We do not guarantee that the site is virus-free; we recommend that you use your own precautions and antivirus software.
