„No mud, No lotus“
Thich Nhat Hanh
Nina moved to Ericeira in 2014
With a background in Chinese Medicine and as a certified Heilpraktikerin, Nina possesses a profound understanding of both the physical and energetic bodies. Her approach to teaching is rooted in the belief that peace and happiness are every living being’s birthright.
While her classes can be physically challenging, they are always balanced with lightheartedness and a sense of play. By using the practice to quiet the mind and humble the ego, Nina encourages her students to reconnect with nature and realize the inherent oneness in all things. For Nina, the mat is a playground where we explore our true Selves, gaining the strength and clarity to carry that practice out into the world.
She remains eternally grateful to her teachers—those met in person, the spiritual guides of the past, and those yet to come—who encourage her to keep growing and trusting the path.
